To gauge perception of target audience on a particular subject matter relating to clients. The target audience may include the media, general public, politicians, government agencies, corporate bodies and NGOs. The objectives of this service include:
- To gauge the Target Audience’s knowledge & understanding of, as well as familiarity with the client. Helps to identify messages to be communicated to enhance brand and image of the client;
- To utilize as a basis of planning (together with the client) for the implementation of future A&P activities.
- To effectively plan and implement “perception / issues management”;
- To make use of the findings to facilitate media planning and proposed activities.
